A Monterey County judge sentenced a child molester to prison on Friday. 39 year old Alexander Telcalco Cortez was found guilty of sexually abusing 3 children for several years. after a jury convicted Cortez of continuous sexual abuse of two children under 14 and lewd and lascivious acts on a third child under the age of 14. The judge imposed the maximum sentence of 75 years to life behind bars.
