HE WAS ALSO ORDERED TO PAY 60-THOUSAND DOLLARS IN FINES AND OVER 300-THOUSAND DOLLARS IN RESTITUTION TO THE E-D-D. ANOTHER RESTITUTION HEARING IS SET FOR APRIL 25TH.
