Last week, the board of directors of the the California International Airshow has made the decision to cancel the 40thAnniversary show scheduled for June 5, 6 and 7th. The decision was made over safety concerns for airshow staff, volunteers, and the general public. The board cited standing policy of the annual airshow, held in Salinas, stating public safety as a primary concern wether it was over covid-19 concerns or air show events.
