3 people suspected of robbing a bank in san jose were detained by police in salinas yesterday after a nearly 6 hour standoff. san jose police received a tip that the group suspected of robbing the south san jose wells fargo live in salinas. the getaway car was found at a home on homestead avenue around 2 p.m. police detained the 3 suspects, but feared more subjects connected to the robbery could be in a different part of the duplex. a swat team entered the home after a 6 hour standoff, but found no one inside.
