Caltrans has announced a five-day pavement repair project for a three-mile section of Highway 101, between Hartnell Road and Airport Boulevard in Salinas, will get underway today. Roadwork will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and involve closing the #1 lane (also known as the fast lane) in both directions during repair work. A 15-minute delay is to be expected.
