2-men were taken into custody by Salinas Police officers on Saturday for auto theft, and for an outstanding warrant. Ruben Berry was pulled over on East Laurel Drive at Constitution Boulevard at 1:30 p.m., and was arrested for driving a stolen rental car. The passenger in the vehicle, Miguel Leyvas, was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant. A juvenile was cited and released.
