22 new charges have been filed against a former assistant principal at a salinas high school who is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student. former assitant principal at alisal high school, raul ramirez, pleaded not guilty to the new charges today, bringing the total number of charges against him to 34. a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for march 15th. bail for ramirez is still set at 1 million dollars.
