The woman who is now the interim chief of the Salinas Fire Department has worked in every fire station in Salinas in her 21 years with the Department. She has also served in Search And Rescue with her dog “Comet”….and has worked on the fire departments Hazmat Team. In fact, she has worked pretty much every job in the Department.
