A fire broke out in a salinas apartment sun night, displacing 7-people. The flames are believed to have started accidentally, in the kitchen, of a residence on Hebron Avenue. no injuries were reported in the 7 p.m. incident; the fire was controlled in about 10 minutes. The cause is under investigation.
