A pilot declared an emergency last night at the salinas Municipal Airport before landing a small craft airplane. According to a spokesperson at the Salinas Fire Department, the emergency landing was conducted after the plane’s left-rear wheel had collapsed. No one was injured as a result of the emergency landing.
