A MAN, ON the SANTA CRUZ “MOST WANTED” LIST HAS BEEN ARRESTED. 27 YEAR-OLD david andrew perez was wanted for driving recklessly, and nearly hitting a bicyclist, on empire grade road near the u.c. santa cruz campus. perez was arrested over the weekend in san diego county, on suspicion of violating the terms of his parole.
