Santa Cruz police arrested a suspected drunk driver on Sunday. Polcie arrived to the roundabout at Beach and Pacific Avenue to reports of a vehicle stuck on the island. Officers arrest Willian Swanson on suspicion of DUI, his passenger was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.
