As anticipated, the state is extending the current stay-at-home order for the Southern California and San Joaquin Valley regions. At this time, in both of those Regions, I.C.U. capacity has been at 0% for several days….and based on data it does not look as though their I.C.U. beds will exceed the 15 percent needed to move to a better tier within the next several weeks.
