The name of a man, who died after his vehicle crashed on Seabright Avenue in Santa Cruz last week, has been released. 29 year-old Felton resident Shaan Minhas was the driver who died after he lost control of his vehicle while reportedly traveling at a very high rate of speed. Anyone who witnessed the 1 a.m. accident is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Police Department.
