Santa cruz police reported this weekend that a 38-year-old santa cruz man was robbed by 2-men, after he was allegedly trying to solicit a prostitute. The incident happened at 9 p.m. Friday night, when the man was beaten up and robbed by 2-suspects, at the Torch Lite Inn, on the 5-hundred block of Riverside Drive. Officers arrested 19-year-old Jeremy Joseph and 19-year-old Alex Brown, as well as 20-year-old Vanessa Ortiz, in connection with the incident. The victim could also face charges, for solicitation.
