A 21 year-old man was arrested yesterday after he allegedly robbed a 65 year-old man in Salinas, while threatening him with a metal pipe. The robbery is said to have occurred on East Alisal Street, near Murphy Street, around 5:30 yesterday (Sunday) morning. Anyone who witnessed this incident is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
