The “Fire Safe” project is expected to continue to delay traffic from 9 a-m to 3 p-m (today through Thursday), on Highway 17. Although the delay has typically been reported at 15 minutes, it has been known to balloon to over an hour at times. This work is not expected to take place next week (during Thanksgiving week).
