(06:25) Santa Cruz – Santa Cruz County Public Works announced they will begin to repair a storm drain culvert on Nelson Road this month. Crews are scheduled to begin work on Monday, October 16, through November 3. Traffic will be subject to delays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Department of Public Works would like the motoring public to avoid this area and seek alternate routes during these times.
