(13:20) Caltrans is scheduled to perform a crack seal operation on both directions of a two-mile section of Highway 68 next week. Crews will be working on Hunter Lane and Reservation Road, in Salinas, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Motorists can expect delays not to exceed 10 minutes
