A man, who is believed to have shot a fellow commuter with a pepper ball (or paint gun) this morning on highway 17, was pulled over a short time later. The incident began shortly after 10:30 a.m., near the Glenwood Cut-Off. The alleged aggressive driver was issued a citation.
