A driver was arrested in Scotts Valley on Tuesday after allegedly pointing a rifle from his car during a road rage incident on Highway 17. The man argued with the driver of another vehicle and pointed a rifle from his car during the argument. Scotts Valley Police officers responding to the call found the driver who allegedly pointed the gun. Officers also found three other firearms in the vehicle. He was arrested on suspicion of felony brandishing a firearm and driving under the influence.
