(06:40) Santa Cruz County – Santa Cruz County Public Works announced Graham Hill Road in the vicinity of Post Mile 2.93 will be subject to traffic delays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. starting today through Monday, March 26. The location is near the entrance to Henry Cowell State Park Campground, between Sims Road and Lockewood Lane.
