Soquel Drive between the intersection of North Rodeo Gulch Road and Research Park Drive was reopened shortly after 5 p.m. this evening. A car collided with a power pole in that area around 4 a.m. This morning, leaving 3,913 people without power for a few hours. PG&E crews are currently working to repair the pole and were still on the scene as of 7:15 p.m.
