(15:30) San Jose- There is a potential jumper causing the 680 north bound highway where it connects the 280 north in San Jose to be temporarily closed. The south bound highway 101 and 680 south are still open and northbound 680 traffic is being redirected around the scene. The situation is currently being monitored and a negotiator is on the scene.
