A reward is being offered for information about the driver in last week’s fatal vehicle/pedestrian Hit-and-Run incident in Salinas. The family of 54 year-old Gretchen Knowles is offering $1500 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of that driver. People with information are encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
