A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who left a dog tied to a fence in Seaside right before the storm hit. The young black and white Labrador-Pit Bull mix was found on Sonoma Avenue this past Tuesday. The dog is now being cared for by the S.P.C.A. For Monterey County.
