(15:44) MOSS LANDING-A reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of two men seen disrupting an owl habitat. The man made ten foot tall nest box in Moss Landing is home to five owl chicks and is monitored by video cameras. Shortly before 8 p.m on Thursday cameras captured two men poking the habitat with a pole. A 500 dollar reward is being offered by the Haute Enchilada Cafe and Gallery for information about the men.
