For people using the parks and beaches to exercise, the closure of public restrooms at county and state parks has led to public urination. Because of that, Santa Cruz county officials have decided to re-open most of the public restrooms in the county this Friday. Prior to that, there will still be hand-washing stations outside the restrooms, so that people can at least wash their hands.
