If customers show proof of either a recent negative Covid-19 test, or proof of being fully vaccinated….the restaurants and aquariums they patronize can open at 75 percent if they so choose. That’s according to the California Department Of Public Health. Counties and establishments can have more restrictive rules, but not looser ones.
