Local authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying who owns the red 2-seater type kayak, that was found Tuesday near Garrapata State Beach. It was found sitting, unattended, on some rocks near the beach. There have been no reports of missing kayakers, nor have there been any abandoned vehicles found in the area.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Monterey County Sheriff’s Department.
