Some residents are starting to rebuild in Carmel Valley. 12 homes were destroyed by the Tassajara Fire last month, and another was damaged. Anyone who wants to help the victims rebuild can make donations of money (or gift cards) at the Cachagua General Store, or to the Tassajara Fire Fund at the Community Foundation for Monterey County.
