A man wanted an out of state rape charge has been arrested in Hollister. A patrol unit investigating an illegally parked vehicle ran warrant checks on the occupants. The driver, 29 year old Shaun Heflin of Colorado was taken into custody for an arrest warrant from Oregon. Heflin was booked into San Benito County jail to await extradition on for rape, rape of a child and other sexual assault charges.
