The discovery of a finger bone found near the construction site of a ramp at the Pacific Street Exit from Lighthouse Avenue has caused delays. The on site archaeologist stopped work on the project while the bones origin was determined and the Native American Heritage Commission was informed. Construction resumed Monday and is expected to last two to three weeks.
