(16:16) MONTEREY CO.- Search and rescue teams recovered a body from the Arroyo Seco River on Saturday. The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office says that a dive team located a victim from an overturned raft. Resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful and the individual was pronounced dead at the scene. Another victim was air lifted to a medical facility.
