The investigation into a racetrack accident, that caused the death of a Track Marshall at Laguna Seca, has been concluded. No charges have been filed against the driver who hit and killed Monterey native (and racing enthusiast) Richard Reins as Reins went on to the track to use a caution flag (to let drivers know about an oil slick near his turn).
