Last night, the board of trustees for the Pajaro Valley Unified School District voted 4 – 3 to fire the district’s Superintendent. The decision was made in a closed session, and trustees Jennifer Holm, Maria Orozco and Kim De Serpa opposed that vote. No reason for the firing of Michelle Rodriguez was given, and the teachers union is now working to find that out.
