The recall campaign to oust a Pajaro Valley Unified School District board member has gotten underway with the issuing of a Notice Of Intent To Recall. The object of that recall is Area ll trustee Georgia Acosta. The people behind the recall say that Acosta failed to fulfill the duties and responsibilities entrusted to her, Acosta now has 7 days to respond to the notice, before the petition process begins. The committee then has 90 days to gather the required 2,158 valid signatures to get the recall on the ballot.
