A Salinas man was arrested on Friday night, after leading Salinas Police Officers on a brief pursuit. 44-year-old William Collins was pulled over on San Benacio Road, before he fled, at speeds up to 70-miles an hour. Police say he surrendered after about 3-miles, and was taken into custody on suspicion of D.U.I.
