(07:45) Monterey – Public Water Now announced they have collected enough signatures to put an initiative on the November ballot. The signatures were collected in an effort to takeover the California American Water and make water service on the Monterey Peninsula a public utility. The Monterey County Elections Office is expected to review the signatures today and an initiative called Measure H2O will be placed on the November Ballot.
