A Watsonville man was arrested in Prunedale Saturday night during a traffic stop. Police say 19 year old Felix Ramirez was stopped on San Miguel Canyon Road for speeding. CHP conducted a sobriety test & showed that Ramirez was 3 times the legal limit. Ramirez was arrested for DUI & booked into the Monterey County Jail.
