A 38-year-old man was arrested in marina monday morning on suspicion of prowling and burglary. Paolo lucido is suspected of several recent thefts, including a burglary that occurred early Monday morning from a business near paul davis drive. Lucido was arrested for possession of burglary tools, possession of methamphetamine, and other charges. He was booked into monterey county jail.
