City officials in Watsonville want to have a memorial made to commemorate and honor Watsonville residents who died after catching Covid-19. To that end, the city is asking artists (either solo or in groups) to put in proposals for a memorial that that artist will design, fabricate, and install. These memorials can be either temporary or permanent. The window to put in a proposal closes on Friday April 2nd.
