A pro short-term rental group has filed a lawsuit Against a local city. Short Term Rental Owners Neighborhood Group (known as STRONG) filed the Suit against the city of Pacific Grove, as well as its Mayor and City Councilmen. The suit seeks an Injunction against the lottery aspect of the current Short Term Rental ordinance.
