(16:44) MARINA- The Monterey County District Attorney’s Office has announced murder charges will be filed against a prison inmate. Officials say that Charles Holifield will be charged with the kidnap and murder of Christina Williams from Fort Ord in 1998. Holifield is currently serving a 25 years to life sentence for another homicide, if he is convicted to could face the death penalty.
