(07:35) Salinas – The Salinas bus driver accused of raping 2 children, was back in court yesterday morning. 58 year-old Bill Harvey was arrested on March 9, and charged with rape, kidnapping and stalking 2 special needs students who rode his bus. Harvey was released a week after his arrest on $730,000 bail. Harvey’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 18th.
