A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for a 35-year-old man who is accused of stabbing another man. Raul perez Rodriguez is scheduled to appear in a santa cruz county courtroom on april 16th. He is facing charges of attempted murder and violation of parole, for allegedly stabbing a man through the window of the victim’s car, as the victim backed his car out of a bixby street driveway last October. The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.
