2-people accused of attempting to sell their baby outside of a wal-mart in Salinas this past summer, have waived their right to a preliminary hearing. 38-year-old Patrick fousek and 20-year-old Samantha Tomasini face child endangerment charges, following an incident in june. The couple is accused of offering their 6-month-old child to 2-strangers, in exchange for 25-dollars. They have pleaded not guilty, and are due back in court on February 23rd.
