A ruling is expected to be made later this month on where and when a sexually violent predator will be released in Monterey county. Jorge Rubio Senior, who has been housed at the state mental facility in Coalinga since he was convicted of lewd acts with a minor and child molestation in Salinas, is now considered eligible for release. The primary location being considered right now is a trailer out on Jolon Road in Bradley, but some people are concerned that it’s too close to 2 school bus stops and Lake San Antonio….and others are concerned that the remoteness of the site could itself cause issues.
