A 66 year-old child predator, who is believed to have a ‘serious risk of re-offending in the future’ , won’t be released from the state hospital system….at least not anytime soon. Jacob steven sobonya was convicted of luring young children by promising to give them kittens, before he raped the children…..often while video-taping them. Sobonya’s defense attorney claimed that the 66 year-old man was no risk to further children because he has a limited life expectancy due to a heart condition.
