A Salinas pre-school teacher has been accused of hurting children at the school. The alleged abuse took place at Little Bear Creek Pre-School, in the Santa Rita Union School District. Several parents have said their children say she blew a whistle right into their children’s ears. Other children have said the teacher pulls their ears.
